Field of Quiet-Aperture Dance Ensemble Debut

About this event

Aperture Dance Ensemble proudly presents its debut performance: Field of Quiet.

What happens when the things weighing us down become so familiar that letting go feels harder than carrying them?

Field of Quiet explores grief, self-doubt, memory, and the invisible weight of the past through movement, fabric, and storytelling. It is a journey from burden to freedom—from moving with the crowd, to stepping away, confronting what hurts, and ultimately returning transformed.

You may return to where you began. But you don't have to return as the person you were.
