- ➤ The Jayhawk Area Agency on Aging will mark 50 years with three celebration events: a Resource Fair on July 25 at Agriculture Hall, a Fun Run on Aug. 29 at Lake Shawnee, + a Gala on Sept. 25 at the Topeka Zoo. WIBW
- ➤ The 37th annual Topeka Farm Show kicks off today at Stormont Vail Events Center with over 450 booths, live cattle demonstrations, horsemanship clinics, and prize registrations. It runs Tuesday (9 a.m.-5 p.m.), Wednesday (9 a.m.-7 p.m.), and Thursday (9 a.m.-4 p.m.) with free admission and parking. WIBW
- ➤ Topeka Community Foundation welcomes three new board members (Molly Howey, Todd Payne, and Mark Slyter) who will serve three-year terms beginning this year. Board Chair Shane Van Dalsem said they bring valuable skills to grow local initiatives. WIBW
