- ➤ Bakers at Dillons bakery (5311 SW 22nd Pl.) have been decorating the Kansas Day cake to honor Kansas' 165th anniversary and America's 250th birthday. The celebration will take place today at noon at the statehouse rotunda, where Governor Kelly is expected to speak. WIBW
