  • The Market at Macvicar held its annual Spring Fling on Saturday during regular business hours, inviting Topekans to shop local products including antiques and regional items with a 10% discount storewide. Shoppers who spent over $5 received swag bags and had a chance to win prizes by finding a stuffed bunny.  WIBW

CULTURE NEWS

  • Five students from Seaman High School performed a lively improv show at Redbud Park on Saturday morning and took part in ten games as part of Theatre Month. The free event at the park pavilion allowed them to explore creativity with prompts from the audience.  WIBW

  • The Washburn men’s basketball team went to Evansville for the Division II tournament after a season that brought record support from the Topeka community—They will face Lenoir-Rhyne on Tuesday, March 25 at 8:30 p.m.  WIBW
