- ➤ Topeka High School announced that the bus lane on 10th Street is now staff and visitor parking while parking along the west side from 10th to 9th Street has been turned into a bus lane—no parking is allowed on SW Western from SW 9th to SW 10th, so drivers must check drop-off and pick-up areas carefully. - ➤ The Kansas Department of Transportation will begin a resurfacing project on Tuesday, Aug. 12 covering 18.7 miles on K-63 in Pottawatomie County from St. Mary's north limits to the K-16/K-63 junction. Contractors Circle C Paving and Construction LLC will finish the work by early September with one lane open during daylight hours — drivers may face delays of up to 15 minutes. WIBW
