- ➤ Muffin and other pets aged five months and older are offered for free adoption at Helping Hands Humane Society through Sunday, Dec. 14—thanks to a gift from Hill’s Pet Nutrition. The shelter is hosting its annual Christmas for the Animals event with special meals and toys while also accepting chew toy donations. WIBW
