- ➤ Gov. Kelly and Senate President Masterson reflected on the Chiefs’ relocation to Kansas, which is expected to create 20,000 construction jobs + drive about $4 billion in investments for a new Wyandotte County stadium planned for 2031 without raising local taxes. WIBW
- ➤ Gas prices in Topeka fell to a four-year low on Tuesday, with unleaded from $2.15 to $2.59 a gallon and diesel from $3.19 to $3.55 a gallon. Prices dropped compared to last week and month, easing costs as the holidays near. WIBW

- ➤ The University of Kansas Health System St. Francis Campus is still negotiating with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas (BCBSKS) after updating on Tuesday, Dec. 23 that it hopes to conclude talks by New Year’s Eve, leaving patients uncertain about their coverage. WIBW
